Being single means that you can put yourself first! It is time to make yourself happy, whether that be an expensive shopping spree, a trip to the spa or a new haircut, being single means that you can spend all your hard earned cash on yourself and do things to please you and only you.

Time to focus on your career

Now that you are single, you have more time to focus on your work. Do some overtime without feeling guilty and you never know, this might just be the first steps to that huge promotion you’ve been wanting for months.

Be your own person

Gone are the days where you go home and curl up on the couch with a film and your man. Being single means you can be adventurous and do things that were restricting you when you were In a relationship. Discover who you really are and be constructive. Go on that working holiday that you always wanted to go on but felt you couldn’t leave your man, join that gym class and meet up with your friends after work for a few cocktails; you now have no strings tying you down. Now you can do things that you want to do and makes you happy without having to put someone else’s feeling first.

You’ll have more money in your pocket

When you are in a relationship, your pay-check can go as quickly as it came in. Relationships can be expensive as you are always going out on dates and buying presents for your loved one. But not anymore! Now you can spend your pay check on yourself and not feel guilty about it. So splash out on those gorgeous shoes you’ve been wanting for ages but could never afford.

You can go away where you want, when you want

Bickering about what holiday to go on and at what time of year is the thing of the past. Now you can go on whatever holiday you desire at any time of year.
