With celebrities such as Zac Efron and Channing Tatum, it is not hard to see why we find jocks so intriguing and hot. Tall, dark and handsome; these boys have it all. And not to mention the sense of mystery that revolves around lads like these. Boys want to be them and girls want to date them, it's not hard to see that there is something wonderful about the jock.

However with the ever rising popularity of the superhero film, geeks are becoming the new big thing. And with the likes of Aaron Johnson and Andrew Garfield playing the leading geek, it is not hard to see why we are becoming obsessed with the geek.
Highstreets have been taken by a storm with the fashion sense and are overloaded with 'Geek' logo tops, cute braces, oversized glassed and backpacks for every geek fanatic. But when it comes down to it, who is the better one to date?
Team Jock:
He's althetic - We all love a bit of eye candy and nothing screams hottie like a man flexing his muscles and showing off in his favourite sport. However, if you're dating a jock, don't be surprised if you find yourself stood on the sidelines of a football pitch in all weathers cheering your man on. Don't get annoyed by it but instead go and have fun and show your support. Chances are he'll appreciate it and he may even treat you for it later.
He'll protect you - Jocks are in great physical shape and are often working out to increase those muscles. You will feel safe in the arms of a jock and he will make sure that nothing will hurt you.
He dresses well - There's something about the jock where even when he is just wearing jeans, a tee, a jersey and his sneakers, he still looks hot. You will not be able to take your eyes of this man.
He's popular - The jock is always the most popular in any crowd and will introduce you to a bigger friend's circle. That means that you will be attending more parties and evenings out but don't get upset if there's always a big crowd around him and you can't have him for yourself.
He's laid-back - Jocks are often very laid-back people and don't let anything phase them. Their main interest is sport and anything else is second best, including you. If you're dating a jock, don't be surprised to see him put his team before you.
Team Geek:
He's intelligent - If you want to engange in an intelligential conversation, a geek is the person to go to. Geeks are smart and you will often find yourself in debates with them. You will learn a lot from dating a geek. He's also likely to be a great sucess in life.
He's committed - Geeks are unlikely to cheat and once they are dating someone, they show true commitment and loyality to the girl.
You can play video games together - Who says just because he's a geek, you can't join in? Grab the spare controller and show him how good you are on his favourite game.
Passionate - Just by observing the way a geek is about superheros shows he is very passionate about the things he loves. Now just think about him bringing that to the relationship. He will spoil you and make you feel special.
He's funny - Geeks are quirky and are willing to laugh at themselves. Whilst you are in his company you will not stop laughing.
