The 16-year-old social media star - daughter of pop singer Peter Andre and his ex-wife Katie Price - has signed a lucrative deal to help the high street giant develop new products for its Studio London cosmetics range as well as appearing in photo shoots and producing social media content to promote the collection.

Princess said in a statement: "I've shopped at Superdrug for as long as I can remember, it's always been my go-to for all of my favourite beauty products.

"To work with them now and play a role in the development of the make-up collection feels like a dream come true, I'm so excited for what's to come!"

The partnership has been announced as part of the chain's 60th anniversary celebrations.

Princess' career has been taking off this year with the teen also signing a four-figure deal with clothing company PrettyLittleThing to become a brand ambassador.

Her pop star dad previously gushed over his daughter's success but insisted she wasn't allowed to sign the deal with the retailer until she turned 16 because he was worried it could interfere with her school work.

He told Metro.co.uk: "With Princess, she’s had brands come to her. Claire [Peter’s manager]Claire Powell] brought PrettyLittleThing to the table.

"And because Claire’s known me for years, she knew there’s no way I’d let [Princess] do anything that interferes with her exams because this is a crucial year.

"The deal with PrettyLittleThing was very selective. A photo here and a photo there, in her own time, after she’s done her studies, never interferes with school.

"Obviously, I’d love her to build a much bigger relationship with PrettyLittleThing, but we’re having that discussion when she turns 16. I want her exams done. I want her to put all her focus into it. School is number one, everything else is secondary."

Princess' elder brother Junior, 18, has also been making progress with his career as he is following his pop star dad into the music industry as well as dabbling in acting.

Junior signed a record deal two years ago and has already been releasing music.

Peter told the Standard newspaper: "What's great is he's only 18, so he does a bit of music, then he steps away and he's doing his acting, then he comes back and does the music and I love that."
