The world was left stunned by some incredible scenes in last week’s episode of Game of Thrones, as Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) rode her dragon Drogon into battle, alongside her Dothraki army, tackling the Lannister forces which had just raided the gold cache whilst completely dismantling the Tyrell house. Now, fans can go behind-the-scenes of the earth-shattering loot train attack in the video below:

Revealing some of the secrets that went into making one of television’s most memorable scenes, the team who worked on bringing the fight to life were certainly never left twiddling their thumbs. In fact, it looks like one of the most active and ambitious moments on the set of a TV show that has ever taken place.

Clarke teases of her character’s future in the video: “With every time that something goes wrong, more Targaryen comes out, more fire comes out.” Though the Queen of Thorns, Olenna Tyrell (Diana Rigg) may now be dead, it seems as though her advice to Daenerys to “be a dragon” didn’t fall on deaf ears. If things continue to “go wrong” for Dany, it would seem we may see all three of her dragons fly into battle in the near future.

For now however, it’s Jaime Lannister and Bronn’s lives that seem to be in the most peril, as the pair came within a whisker of being burnt alive by Drogon, after Jaime thought he could end the war before it ever truly got underway, attempting to kill Daenerys but falling short. Now in the river with Bronn, there’s every chance he could drown, but we doubt we’ve seen the last of the Lannister sibling just yet, no matter how much of a “f**king idiot” Tyrion may think his brother is.

Game of Thrones continues Sundays on HBO in the US and Mondays on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
