Miley Cyrus freaked out after being spotted on a date with producer Mike Will Made It.
Cyrus who announced the end of her engagement from Liam Hemsworth last week, partied at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Hollywood with new beau, and desperately tried to hide her face under her favourite check shirt when they were recognised by photographers as they left the hotspot.
A source told X17: "Miley ducked in the back seat of the car and she clearly didn't want to be photographed with Mike, but they were obviously on a date."
The music producer, whose real name is Michael Williams, collected the 20-year-old singer from her home in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, and brought her to a mutual friend's house before they decided to hit the town alone for a date after midnight.
A source previously revealed that Mike and Miley developed a connection while working on her comeback album 'Bangerz' and making her music video, 'We Can't Stop'.
A friend recently said: "Everyone knows they're hooking up. Mike is very protective of Miley ... Miley and Mike vibe off each other."
Mike is thought to have been a welcome distraction for Miley during the breakdown of her relationship with Liam, and the producer regularly shares flirty snaps of her on Instagram.
In June, he posted a snapshot of Miley posing with his chain necklace, alongside as the caption, "Got the hottest chick in the game wearing my chain."
Meanwhile Liam, who moved the last of his belongings out of Miley's house on Friday (20.09.13), was pictured kissing Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez just a day after he and Miley confirmed the end of their four-year relationship.
