I've been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years, we had a blip early on when my sister saw him out having a drink and holding hands with another girl. We got over it but he recently got a job in an all ladies gym, he's always wanted a job in this area and is so happy. But I can't help but not like the fact he is surrounded by women all the time, I love him and am otherwise happy but I don't know how to stop feeling like this.

If he has always wanted a job in this field, then it’s in his interest not to mess up the opportunity by flirting or crossing the line with his clients. Also, if he was caught the last time and it didn’t result in your break up- it sounds like his relationship with you means something to him.
Remember that women go to the gym for many reasons, a lot of the time it’s because they want to better their bodies, increase their self-esteem or increase their fitness, not to pick up a boyfriend. So they might not be as threatening as you imagine.
It is normal to get jealous when he is in a more female dominated environment, just try to make him realise that he has much more to look forward to when he comes home!
