Here is a list of what Roku has to offer this Valentine’s month. 

Valentine’s Day specials: 

  • Wedding Cake Dreams is a movie that sees many moments that should be shrouded in romance, but with some twists and turns thrown in for good measure. 
  • 10 Steps to Love is the perfect film to watch this Valentine’s Day, whether you watch with friends or your significant other. Sophie’s (Ella Cannon) 10 steps to being in love are mixed with a whole bunch of emotions. 
  • You May Kiss the Bridesmaid is a wonderful love story which stars Tori Anderson and Kristopher Turner as two childhood friends who, after meeting for the first time in years, meet once more and fall in love. 

Also on the Roku channel this month: 

  • Divorcing Jack is a 1990s comedy-thriller that is guaranteed to keep you guessing until the very last moment... David Thewlis stars as a disorganised, comedic man who desperately tries to save his job in journalism. 
  • Serial Thriller: Angel of Decay’s plot is centred around a true story of a serial killer who was active in 1970s America. The movie starts with the investigation of two young women who went missing, steering the narrative onto a dark and twisted path. 
  • Serial Thriller: Headhunter is a series based in Santa Cruz, also referred to as Murder City, the series digs deeper into how young female students and hitchhikers disappeared without a trace... 
  • Serial Thriller: Chameleon is a thriller series based on a serial killer with chaos on his mind, and highlights how three different women interact with him in differing and disturbing ways. 
  • Himalayan Ice follows filmmaker, Ari Novak, who sets off on an impulsive journey of a lifetime, heading to India to explore his love of Ice Climbing. 

Roku has some great shows on their way: 

  • The Sea Wolf sees Sebastian Koch and Tim Roth star in this upcoming series, which is based on Jack London’s novel from 1904. The show follows a man who survived a disastrous shipwreck, and is saved by a powerful sea captain. 
  • The Dresden Files stars Paul Blackthorne as a private investigator who also doubles as a wizard; the show is based on a dark fantasy book series written by Jim Butcher. 
  • Build a new life in the country is a show that follows those who wish to swap loud, overcrowded cities for a new and relaxing lifestyle in the countryside. 

Roku’s February Original: 

  • Reno 911 (Season 2) will have you laughing throughout every episode, just as the first season did, with a unique police crew trying to put a stop to crime in one of Nevada’s largest cities. 

Content for the kids: 

  • The Stella Show will definitely keep the little ones entertained with one of YouTube’s biggest fashion stars, Stella. 
  • MarMar Land offers 13 episodes that aim to teach kids some fun life skills with the help of MarMar. 
  • Barney and Friends sees the well-known and beloved T-rex take viewers on wild adventures, as well as educating them with playful songs and interesting facts! 

The Roku Channel has so much to offer this month, there’s definitely something for everyone.
