The new exhibition, Dismaland, has taken the form of an apocalyptic theme park with the tagline: "The UK's most disappointing new visitor attraction."

Dismaland

Dismaland

The area was originally disguised as a film set for a fictitious production named Gray Fox. More than 50 artists will have their work on display at Dismaland; among them Damien Hirst, Bill Barminski and Caitlin Cherry.

The 'park' houses a massive derelict Disney castle, along with several other works which draw from classic Disney scenes. Traditional Banksy-style artworks can also be seen, but Banksy's work is not the main focus of the exhibition.

Dismaland will be open to the public from 22 August to 27 September. More information about tickets and events can be found here.
