Ants represent small annoyances and pettiness in your life.

The dream could be telling you what you are too preoccupied with something that isn’t worth thinking about. Perhaps you are irritated by someone or something in your waking hours but it doesn’t deserve your time and effort.
On the flipside, ants could be a reminder to you that your behaviour is annoying to someone else. If you are unwilling to change, it might be time to distance yourself from this person or if you want to say in touch- perhaps you need to alter your behaviour when you are around them.
An army of ants is a warning to you that an annoyance might become dangerous if you ignore it and let it take over. If you allow petty people to join forces, you might become outnumbered and driven out of a friendship or family group.
Perhaps there is an annoyance in your life that you know will always be there and will never go away. You are just learning to live with it as best you can.
You may feel embarrassed about something that is quite small in the scheme of things but you are determined to change it all the same.
It’s possible you anticipate that getting involved with someone will result in them annoying you so you are avoiding it all costs.
More positively, ants can be symbolic of your work ethic- you are tenacious and relentless until your reach your goals. If you work hard now- chances are you will be rewarded in the future.
Along the same vein- you work well within a team and are organised and disciplined until you reach the finish line. Perhaps your current job isn’t nurturing this strength in you and you need to find a place of work that does.
If you were bitten by many ants, then you might be facing so many little annoyances that it is making you feel dissatisfied with life overall. Try not to let them get on top of you and work on one at a time. Before you know it, they will all be resolved- just remember that you can’t tackle them all at once.
