Eve Saint took to Facebook to share her fury at the meal she allegedly received at the fast-food outlet in Fishkill, New York City, which she claims was topped with the household appliance.
Alongside a photo of the meal, she fumed: ''TACO BELL IM COMING TO F**K SOMEONE UP REAL FUNNY PUTTING A F****NG DOOR KNOB IN MY NACHOS B***H(Sic)''
Throughout the comments for the post, she continued to vent her anger and explained that she had waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes for the meal.
A Taco Bell spokesperson told VICE in a statement: ''We take this very seriously. The franchisee that owns and operates this location is looking into this matter and strives to make things right with the customer.''
