A family discovered a message in a bottle as they were boating.
Message in a bottle
Kim Boyd was on a boat in Boston Harbour with her family over the weekend in Boston Harbour when they spotted the floating object.
She said: "We pulled up to see what it was, it was a bottle with a message in it."
Boyd explained how she and her family were forced to smash the bottle so they could read the message as it proved difficult to open. They are now planning to release their own message for someone else to discover.
She explained: "Maybe we'll go out and throw a bottle in the water and put a cool message in there. It's really neat to find something like that."
