A cat flooded its owner's house after learning how to use the taps.

Jasmin Stork left her moggy Amber alone at her home in Hull briefly, where the animal displayed its newly-found knowledge of how to use the sink with devastating consequences.
Stork explained: "I knew as soon as I walked into the living room what had happened. I ran upstairs and the tap was on full and water was overflowing the sink. It was everywhere.
"Amber thought it was great. She was sat in the kitchen doorway into the living room, tapping her paws away in the water merrily like it was great fun. No remorse whatsoever."
Jasmin believes that the cat has cost her "thousands" of pounds as a result of the damage to her home.
