Sit down on a table edge and get your man to stand before you and bend his legs so he is in the best position to enter you.
Put your arms around his neck and pull first; your right leg and then your left onto his shoulders. Lean back and let him thrust into you by holding onto your bum.
Female First Points: If you can hold this position, this is a great one for toning your tummy while you have sex- exercise but much more fun than doing crunches at the gym!
