You may also be feeling appreciative of what you have and the people in your life. Perhaps you are reflecting on your blessings rather than the negatives in your life for a change.
It's possible you are feeling enlightened spiritually at present- whether you're religious or not- you may have had a spiritual encounter that has brought you some comfort.
Another interpretation is that you are now doing something you have always wanted to do- perhaps in your professional life or in your spare time. You may be at a time in your life when you are able to do the things you've aspired to do for a while- if you've just retired or now have more financial freedom for instance.
There is also a pressure associated with dreaming about Sundays- you may have something you have to do before time runs out- a deadline is looming. You may be thinking this is your last chance to do something.
