If you were talking to a receptionist in your dream then perhaps you need the help of someone else in your waking hours. You could try navigating through life on your own but you fear you will end up lost. There is nothing wrong in asking for help if you need it rather than aimlessly wasting precious time on your own.

It’s possible with the help of someone who knows the ropes, you will find a place where you belong and can rest easily. Thereafter, you might be able to go it alone- but you will need a helping hand initially before you find your confidence.

If you were the receptionist, perhaps you are the one who is offering help and guidance to someone close to you. Or maybe you need to if they are struggling to find their way right now but are too afraid to ask.

Again, if you were the receptionist, it’s possible you have the opportunity to acknowledge the value you provide. Perhaps you have been feeling undervalued lately but can this be remedied by a greater understanding of how your contribution is being received by others? It’s important you realise how valuable your role is. You could be an integral part of something but haven’t realised it yet or have downplayed your input when it is key to kickstarting a project or process.

Another interpretation is that you have an aspect of your character that is always open to listening to who you really are and what you need. You are true who you are and how you feel and don’t convince yourself that you need to take a particular path when you know it’s the wrong one of you.
