This could be a new job, a new place to live, a new relationship, a new hobby- whatever it might be- something is coming to a close but for the sake of something fresh.

On the other hand, autumn is thought to represent abundance as it’s a time of year when you might collect all the rewards for your efforts throughout the previous few months. You may be due some recognition for all your hard work.

In the same vein, autumn can be the end of sorrows and the start of better times. It’s a reminder that bad things will not always last very long and you will enjoy better times eventually. Autumn leaves on the ground means it’s over and you have permission to move on.

It is also deemed a symbol of hospitality. As the nights draw in- you may find that you are entertaining people more or others begin catering for you and inviting you to events. Your social life might be ready for some improvement.

Autumn is related to living and might be interpreted by some as the equivalent of the retirement age of a person. If you felt happy about seeing autumn, then you might be looking forward to this part of your life- something you are geared up towards.

If you were unhappy about seeing this season, it’s possible you are dreading this period in your life and need to make the best of it.

If you saw autumnal leaves, then it may be time to shed yourself of old memories that are weighing you down and struggles you think are holding you back. You might be the one who’s letting them be obstacles when they don't have to be. It could be time to face and enjoy change.
